hey i left a comment under the gimp help of line art and i was wondering if u could line art and color shade a drawing i made for me bc i rly dont have time and im kinda new to this..i would rly appreciate it if you did...please? please get back to me on this.

when ever i select and grow/shrink the selection this is the result i get... white spaces around the corners i really hate this problem and im hoping u can help me out
Well it looks like you are not growing the selection enough. You want to put the selection line right in the middle of the line art, on a layer beneath it. OR it could be that there is actually white spots around your line art layer. Get rid of the white spaces by using the color selector tool on the lineart layer
well i'll try that because i scanned the document to comp.... and if i grow the selection too much it comes close the the outline and erases part of it
i read ur Line tutorial for GIMP... and i wanted to ask you, what version of gimp did u use EXACTLY for ur lovely tutorial? you see, i learn from the EXACT stuff. i have the newest version and i want to know what version ur using so i can follow the steps that u provided and make my art look beautiful like urs ^_^ please and thank you!
